Product functions and features:
1. It is suitable for high-speed forming of all kinds of roll plastic sheets (double-sided heating) - cross cutting and straight cutting into standard products according to specifications. It is especially suitable for the special equipment for the production of condensate drenching plastic sheets.
2. The upper and lower dies are designed as cavity bodies, and the upper and lower convexity coincides with the concave. 4. The conveyor belt is set in the middle of the lifting clip frame, and the frame strip under the belt needs to float the clamping sheet. Therefore, the conveyor belt is combined into four lines, and the middle space is opened between them to let the strip float. Install 5 blades longitudinally and cut the product into 4 pieces. Adjust the guide pulley of the conveyor belt, and put together the two belts in the middle. When 4 blades are installed on the longitudinal frame, the product is cut into 3 pieces. The products produced by the new machine have uniform, neat and clear forming stripes, no link lines and stable quality. The cutting length and width can be adjusted according to the standard.
