1. Safe operation

(1) When the curtain (SAIL) cloth joint is plugged, the signal should be sent out first to inform the discharging, and then the material should be plugged. The front and rear operators of the main engine should cooperate closely. Gloves are not allowed to be worn when the material is plugged, and the speed should be slowed down.

(2) No one is allowed to walk between the tension rollers.

(3) It's difficult to use fist to feed material. Don't use fingers to prevent fingers from rolling in.

(4) When the rubber material is piled up on both sides of the rubber baffle, it shall be hooked out with iron hook. When the rubber is added to the lower roll, special tools shall be used to lift it. It is strictly forbidden to use hands.

(5) When measuring the cord thickness, the hand should be 1500px away from the idler to prevent hand winding.

2. Maintenance

(1) Check all electrical contact signals and safety devices, which should be sensitive and reliable.

(2) Check the lubrication parts and add in time.

(3) Adjust the hydraulic and lubricating oil to the required temperature according to the ambient temperature.

(4) Before starting the main engine of calender, start the lubrication system and hydraulic system first, and confirm that the pressure, temperature and flow are normal before starting.

(5) Check whether there is any foreign matter in the roll distance of calender, and keep the proper roll distance.

(6) Check whether there are sundries in the transmission part and whether the safety protection device is firm.

(7) Check whether the bolts at all parts are loose.

(8) After the calender is finished, adjust the axis crossing device to the "zero" position, enlarge the roll distance, and then remove the rubber. When the roll temperature drops below 60 ℃, the calender can be stopped.

(9) After the shutdown of the whole unit, close all valves and power sources, discharge the water in the cooling system after the last shift every week, and remove the oil and debris on the surface of the machine.

(10) Do a good job of cleaning around the machine.

3. Precautions

(1) Before the machine starts, the oil pump runs for 10 minutes. After shutdown, it should continue to run for 10 minutes to make all lubricating oil return to the oil tank.

(2) Pay attention to the oil return temperature of the roller bearing of the rubber calender. If the temperature exceeds 80 ℃ or a sharp increase is found, stop the machine immediately to check the cause.

(3) The heating of the roller must be carried out slowly in the low-speed operation. When the heating rate is below 100 ℃, it is 0.5 ℃ / min, (30C / h),25 ℃ / min (15 ℃ / h) above 100 ℃.

(4) When the roller temperature of rubber calender is above 70 ℃, it is not allowed to stop. It is necessary to slow down the roller surface temperature to below 60 ℃.

(5) When using the distance adjusting device, the bearings at both ends should move at the same time as far as possible. If the difference between the two ends is large, the small end should be enlarged to be the same as the other end and then adjusted together.

(6) When adjusting the roll distance below 1 mm, the material should be kept in the roll distance to avoid touching the roll and damaging the roll.

(7) In case of failure during the operation of the machine, pull the emergency stop device immediately, cut off the power supply and stop the operation.

(8) After the machine is finished, enlarge the roll distance immediately, remove the residual materials, reduce the linear speed of the roller, and stop the machine after slowly cooling to 60 ℃. If the roller temperature controller is set, the cooling rate is not more than 0.5 ℃ / min when the temperature is above 100 ℃; When the temperature drops below 100 ℃, it is not more than 1 ℃ / min.

(9) Before stopping, for the calender with axle crossing device, after the roller turns to low speed operation, it is necessary to return the axle crossing device to zero position.

(10) When using roller shaft crossing, do not adjust the distance at one end to avoid damaging the machine.
