Lubrication of manual or semi-automatic plastic injection molding machines
1. lubrication of gear transmission
Any failure of the transmission will affect the quality and quantity of the process. The hardened spur gear and the tempering shaft in the box shall be provided with uniform and reliable lubricating oil film. Generally, the oil cup and splash lubrication method can meet the lubrication requirements.
2. lubrication of the locking die
The locking die parts are composed of belt pulley, screw, nut, vice, etc. Adjust the position of the collision block on one side of the vise to match with the travel switch on the base to control the feed stroke of the screw rod to make the vise reach the opening and closing mode. Because the friction joint of screw rod and nut is small, the oil film is easy to be squeezed, so the lubricating oil should have better oil property. Generally, l-an46 oil or HL hydraulic oil is used to lubricate through oil cup and oil rope.
3. lubrication of injection parts
The function of injection parts is to make the plastic heated evenly to the injection temperature through electric heating ring, and the injection pressure is formed by the screw pressure of the pressing rod. The lubrication of the pressure rod generally adopts the lubrication methods of oil cup and oil rope.
4. lubrication of the base
The sliding guide rail on the base is generally made of cast iron. Because the load and speed of guide rail are not large, mineral lubricating oil can guarantee certain boundary oil film. After touching the guide surface with hand, the oil trace can be seen on the hand, and it is considered that a layer of oil film has been maintained on the guide rail surface.
Lubrication of automatic hydraulic injection molding machine
The characteristics of this injection molding machine are: high automation, stable performance, and electrical and hydraulic interlocking protection device, high precision and complex structure.
1. lubrication of moving parts
The die shifting adopts hydraulic power and direct pressure filling device, which has simple structure, reliable operation and few lubrication points. It is mainly to ensure that the lubricating oil film is formed on the four guide pillars, and l-an46 mechanical oil can be used to lubricate through oil cup and oil rope.
2. motor lubrication
Most of the automatic hydraulic injection molding machines are driven by multiple motors. When carrying out daily lubrication, the motor shall be lubricated according to the requirements.
3. lubrication of injection part
Because this part is to complete the injection of double cylinder pull the pre plastic gearbox, through the gearbox to push the screw, the evenly plasticized plastic into the membrane cavity, the key parts of injection molding. The movement is frequent, and there are electric heating devices, and the lubrication system is strictly implemented.
Main lubricating parts of this part:
(1) Add l-an46 full loss system oil on the guide rail surface of injection seat and frame, once per shift.
(2) Center of rotation grease, approximately 0.3L.
(3) Add l-an46 full loss system oil on the guide rail surface of the gearbox bottom (roller), once per shift.
(4) Add l-an46 oil for the full loss system in the gearbox about 10L.
