In terms of tension control, the aluminum foil coating machine is mainly designed for aluminum foil multilayer composite. The arched drying roller is synchronized with the linear speed, and the friction of the film passing through the dryer is extremely low and stable. The internal drying room has a safety LEL detection, the system automatically discharges when high VOC is detected during the production process. This machine also incorporates the function of heat-sealing paint coating. An additional primer coating unit before the painting unit, so it allows two-sided (primer + heat seal) coating to be applied at a time. The coating device has an alternative function of direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems. The coating trolley with self-pumping system can quickly change jobs.
